Warranty Claims

As we sell a vast range of products through different suppliers, there is a different warranty period on each product. Below is a guide of our range of Royal Vanities Product warranties. If you'd like to file a warranty claim for an item from a different supplier, we will notify you of its warranty period when we receive your claim and then proceed accordingly. If your claim is within the warranty period, we will contact you for photos and more details.

Royal Vanities Products

• Tapware comes with a 1-year warranty.
• All stone tops come with a 1-year replacement warranty* *This is void on June 30th as no stone will be replaced in accordance with the Victorian Ban on engineered stone.
• Royal Vanities brand vanities come with a 3-year warranty.
